Patrice Frey is the founding President & CEO of RePurpose Capital and former President & CEO of Main Street America, where she led national efforts to revitalize older and historic downtowns. She brings deep expertise in sustainable development, preservation, and community-based economic revitalization.
David Clower
Senior Advisor, Strategy & Operations
David Clower brings over 25 years of experience in community development finance and currently serves as President & CEO of the National Trust Community Investment Corporation. He provides strategic and operational guidance to RePurpose Capital, drawing on a career spanning mission investing, lending, and real estate development.
Monica Miller
Director of Originations
Monica Miller oversees loan sourcing and pipeline development, leveraging over 30 years of experience in Main Street revitalization, community lending, and small-scale real estate development. She plays a central role in connecting RPC to projects that align with its mission.

Director of Fundraising
Kristy Kaufmann leads fundraising and investor engagement for RePurpose Capital, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a nonprofit CEO, strategist, and mission-driven fundraiser. She shapes and drives RPC’s capital strategy to support community-centered preservation finance.

Chelsea Ong’olo supports RePurpose Capital’s financial operations and administrative functions. With a background in nonprofit operations and project coordination, she ensures smooth day-to-day management across the organization.
