Predevelopment Line of Credit

 $50,000–$500,000 for up to 24 months, supporting feasibility studies, zoning approvals, and other soft costs.


Bridge Loans

$5 million–$8 million for up to 36 months, ideal for larger adaptive reuse projects, including those utilizing Historic Tax Credits.


Construction to Mini-Perm Loans

 $200,000–$1.25 million for short-term construction loans of up to 24 months; upon completion of
